Outpatient Supervising Clinician - Waterville Area, Sign on Bonus!
KBH is currently seeking an Outpatient Supervising Clinician to work in our Outpatient and Substance Use Disorder program! The primary role of the Outpatient Supervising Clinician is to provide mental health and co-occurring services to clients by focusing on the achievement of mutually defined goals and objectives developed and revised in collaboration with the client. This clinical position includes working closely with the Director of Outpatient/Substance Use Disorder, the Administrator, and other Supervising Clinicians to achieve the service and financial goals of the Outpatient and Substance Use Disorder Program. The Outpatient Supervising Clinician will provide clinical direction, supervision and oversight to outpatient clinicians and field placement supervision for interns in the Outpatient and Substance Use Disorder Services, along with providing integrated care to clients with mental health, substance use or co-occurring disorders within the clinician’s scope of practice.

Requirements: Master’s degree and independent licensure in counseling, social work or related mental health field. Licensing as a Clinical Counselor, LCPC or a Clinical Social Worker, LCSW, and a Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS) preferred. At least five years’ experience or a combination of providing mental health treatment and/or providing integrated care to clients with co-occurring substance abuse conditions; supervisory experience highly preferred.
