KBH is currently seeking a full time Central Registration Specialist to work in our Waterville Medication Clinic.  If you have experience working with the public and excellent customer service skills, we’re looking for you! The Central Registration Specialist position provides support to clients & visitors by answering incoming telephone calls, greeting clients & visitors as they enter the building and directing them as needed. This position also coordinates with the physician and clinician scheduling process as well as assisting with the billing process. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a medical setting.

Assistant Director - Supported Housing

Kennebec Behavioral Health is seeking an Assistant Director of Supported Housing to join our Supported Housing and Community Living Skills Programs in the Augusta/Waterville areas.

Do you like to work as part of a team?
The Assistant Director will directly support the Clinical Director of Supported Housing. This individual will provide administrative support to programs, including some data collection and analysis. The ideal candidate will have both strong clinical framework as well as be exceptionally organized. The Assistant Director will be completing assessment tools including ANSA, CSRs for program authorizations, and supporting treatment plan implementation. This person will work in all 5 of our current PNMIs at the direction of the Clinical Director.

Children's Case Manager - Farmington & Skowhegan

The successful candidates will work as part of a team to deliver services to children with emotional/behavioral disorders, mental illness, Intellectual Disability, pervasive developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Do you enjoy collaborating and working in the community? Responsibilities for case management include continual assessment, knowledge of resources in the community and referral for resources, collaboration with other providers, advocacy, and assuring for quality services.
