KBH is currently looking for full, or part time Adult Developmental Services Case Manager to work with adults with intellectual disabilities in the Augusta or Waterville area. The successful candidate will work as part of a clinical team to deliver services to adults who are eligible for ID case management per DHHS. Responsibilities of the case manager include on-going assessment, knowledge and understanding of community resources, advocacy, and collaboration with other providers, in addition to offering high-quality service to our consumers.
Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking a Youth/Adult Outreach Case Manager (full time) to work with our Outreach Program. The principal role of the Youth/Adult Outreach Case Manager is to provide outreach, engagement and referral resources to the homeless population who also experience serious mental illness or co-occurring serious mental illness and substance abuse disorders. This position does require a fair amount of travel. The primary location for this position will be Kennebec and Somerset counties. Candidates must also be flexible to working a non-traditional schedule.

The Supported Housing RN has oversight to the Residential and Community Living Programs, its managers and direct care staff regarding client health and medication issues. The Access Center provides initial point of contact for clients, assesses client needs, link clients to appropriate services, collects demographic data, serves as liaison with community providers, and provides crisis intervention as required.
