Nurse Consultant - Supported Housing, Augusta

Kennebec Behavioral Health is seeking a Nurse with mental health and psychiatric nursing experience to join our Supported Housing and Community Living Skills Programs in the Augusta area. We offer competitive wages and benefits and the chance to work for a multi-site mental health provider who's been serving our communities for more than 50 years.  The purpose of this position is to provide education, consultation and nursing supports to clients and program of the department.  The Supported Housing RN has oversight to the Residential and Community Living Programs, its managers and direct care staff regarding client health and medication issues.  The Supported Housing RN will be responsible for reviewing and maintaining the department’s policies and protocols around medications and will provide staff training and education in collaboration with the Program Managers and other department staff as needed.  The Supported Housing RN will assist with client care, education and assessment as needed and facilitate accessing community resources to ensure client needs and care are met.

Program Manager - Supported Housing, Augusta

KBH has a full time position in the Augusta area for a Program Manager to lead our southern teams in supporting adults with mental illnesses. The Program Manager is responsible for the day-to-day day to day operations of the Assigned SH Program including supervision of direct care staff, management, delivery and coordination of program and client services. This individual assures that these services and documentation meet KBH guidelines and regulatory requirements.  The Program Manager assists the Director(s) of Supported Housing programs and the Administrator in the development of program plans, policies, and procedures and the implementation of those plans, policies and procedures at the program level. The Program manager will conduct Direct Care RSW functions as needed to ensure program coverage.

Community Living Services Support Worker - Augusta

Psychiatrists and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioners - Mental Health - Skowhegan & Waterville - Sign On Bonus!

Central Registration Specialist - Waterville

Ready to be excited for work each day? KBH is currently seeking a full time Central Registration Specialist to work in our Waterville Medication Clinic.  If you have experience working with the public and excellent customer service skills, we’re looking for you! The Central Registration Specialist position provides support to clients & visitors by answering incoming telephone calls, greeting clients & visitors as they enter the building and directing them as needed. This position also coordinates with the physician and clinician scheduling process as well as assisting with the billing process. Preference will be given to candidates with experience working in a medical setting.
 

Children's Case Manager - Farmington & Skowhegan

The successful candidates will work as part of a team to deliver services to children with emotional/behavioral disorders, mental illness, Intellectual Disability, pervasive developmental disorders, and autism spectrum disorders. Do you enjoy collaborating and working in the community? Internship Opportunities - Access Center

Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently offering undergraduate internships in all of our four Access Center office locations. The Access Center provides initial point of contact for clients, assesses client needs, link clients to appropriate services, collects demographic data, serves as liaison with community providers, and provides crisis intervention as required.

​Access Center staff and interns have worked diligently to create a clinical experiential learning environment with comprehensive learning plans, training in electronic medical records, valuable client contact time, and various research projects. Interns will have use of a workstation with a computer and a phone, interface with referral sources such as medical professionals, social service providers, and educational professionals, and interact with patients seeking services.

Behavioral Health Homes Peer Support Specialist - Farmington

Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking a part-time Peer Support Specialist to join our Behavioral Health Homes team in the Farmington area!  The Peer Support Specialist will work as a member of a multidisciplinary team to provide peer support and consumer information to participants in the Behavioral Health Home program as a way to regain control over their own recovery process.
