Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking a dynamic full-time Administrative Assistant to join our growing team! The Administrative Assistant will support the development of a project called CCBHC, or Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic. This position will be located in our Waterville office. Duties include filing, scanning, scheduling, tracking deadlines, purchasing supplies, and coordinating arrangements for travel, special meetings, and/or events! The ideal candidate will show proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint. Must have the ability to work efficiently and cooperatively as part of a team. The ability to plan, prioritize, organize, and coordinate multiple tasks and assignments is a requirement.
