Wednesday Wellness: Balancing Your Schedule

Do you ever think to yourself:  “Work-life balance- what is that?” Being too busy and always on the move can too often lead to fatigue and burnout so here are some strategies to maintain wellbeing while busy.

 

Create a morning and bedtime routine. Try to start your morning on a positive note and designate 30 minutes before bed to wind down and go to bed at the same time every night.

 

Try to squeeze in exercise by taking a short walk every hour or doing a small workout in your office on your lunch break. Check out office workouts on youtube.

 

Instead of multitasking, focus completely on one task at a time; this will maximize output and save time.
