KBH is seeking a Full-Time Program Coordinator to work with our Supported Housing program for adults in the Augusta area. We offer competitive wages and benefits and the chance to work for a multi-site mental health provider who's been serving our communities for more than 50 years.
The Program Coordinator will assist the House Manager with administrative functions including quality assurance, chart documentation, staff scheduling, maintaining the weekly activity/appointment schedule, assisting with client intakes, tracking staff certification, and ordering house supplies. The Program Coordinator also engages in case management activities with individuals including: intake, assessment, services plan development, linking and coordination of services, services advocacy, and monitoring and evaluation services. The Program Coordinator will assist individuals with the Individual Support Planning process and identification, participate in crisis intervention services with individuals, and perform skill building and resource development activities based on individual needs.
· Bachelor’s Degree in Social Services, Mental Health, or related field preferred.
· Valid driver’s license
· CRMA, CPR, First Aid
· 2 years experience with population required
