Residential Support - Willing to Train!

Kennebec Behavioral Health is currently seeking full-time and per diem Residential Support Aides for our Waterville, Augusta & Skowhegan locations! Residential Support Aides provide Rehabilitative support services to persons with severe and prolonged mental illness. These services include problem solving, decision making, supportive counseling, outreach, activities of daily living skills training, family support, and many more.

The goal of these services is to assist individuals in obtaining the support, skills, and rehabilitative services necessary to improve their level of functioning within their communities and to decrease the need for hospitalization.
That’s okay – we can train and provide you with the necessary certifications to begin your career in the mental health field! All you’ll need to do is become CPR/First Aid certified before your first day, arrive with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn!

Requirements include: Ability to be issued a Provisional MHRT 1, valid driver's license, and CPR/First Aid certification prior to starting.
